Castle Nuwendoorn

I made an illustration 3D of castle Nuwendoorn (now the ruin of Nuwendoorn). This illustration gives an impression of what the castle might have looked like. This castle of Floris V is probably build in 1282.

The last two photos show how the ruin looks like today. What used to be the private quarters of the lord or lady of the castle is now a watchtower for visitors.
